First, the bridge is based with Rich
Brown
around where the precast will be.

Patterns are carved in
clay, wood etc. for each section.

Repeating patterns help
cut-down on sculpting.

Molds are cast from
various PolyTech materials.

Those molds are then used to
cast concrete patterns for install.

Many, many castings are
necessary to insure total coverage.

Castings are laid-out, and
everything is based in Old Rust.

Here's a close-up of
one large section.

Here, everything is laid-
out as it would be on-site.

Close-up of the
central figure for the arch.

Installation on the
bridge begins(bottom left)

Segments are hand-carried to
their final resting place.

As it starts coming together,
it looks carved-in-place.

Seams blend for
a uniform appearnce.
