International Artisan & Instructor: Patrick LaHeyne
Patrick Laheyne was originally educated in house and decorative painting at Belgium's Technisch Instituut Glorieux.
As a working practitioner, he continues to develop his skills in the field.
His specialties include: marbling and woodgraining, gilding, signwork & lettering, Venetian plastering, and calligraphy.
Mr. Laheyne is currently a teacher at the Technisch Instituut Glorieux EDUGO Campus and for the VION Association.
He is also a member of the Belgian Painters Society and the International Salon of Decorative Painters.
Mr Laheyne is considered by his contemporaries to be one of the finest woodgrain and marble painters in the World today.
All-day Lecture/Demonstration
This full-day demonstration will include oak, birds eye maple and yellow Siënna done
in a presentation format with explanation and interaction throughout the course.
Mr LaHeyne willbe handling questions and answers on each technique, materials utilized and tools involved.
This course runs from 9am-4pm Wednesday(Aug 10th) with a one hour lunch.
Course Tuition is $200.00/person.
