International Artisan & Instructor: Nicola Vigini-Trompe l'oeil

Course will consist of ongoing lecture and demonstration of an elaborate
Grottesca Panel featuring inlays, trompe effects, perspective explanation etc.

Having attended the prestigious Liceo Artistico in Rome and the Institute Superieure de Peintre Decorative
in Paris under the instruction Yannick Guegan and Christian Martincourt, two of the most well respected
names in the industry, Nicola Vigini, a native Roman, combines a lifetime of artistic training in Europe and America.
This all-day Trompe l'oeil lecture and demonstration will incorporate elements of light, shade and shadow as
well as correct perspective, dimension etc in terms of incorporating these elements into a mural setting.
Rather than simply focusing on moldings or single details,
Nicola will explain how to utilize these techniques in a useable format as shown below...

Full scale trompe l'oeil mural, from conception with photoshop to perspective lesson to color mixing.
Audience interaction and questions are welcome throughout the class.
This course runs from 9am-5pm Tuesday(Aug 9th) with a one hour lunch.
Course Tuition is $250.00/person.
