Terra Cotta does just what you would infer it to do.
Giving an Earthy, Orange-Brown appearance, it is perfect for
simulating Terra Cotta Tiles and Pavers without the
durability problems commonly associated with those materials.

If applied too heavily and allowed to pool, the
color can turn to an extremely dark brown to black.
Be cautioned to err on the light side in any application as stains take
an average of three hours to reach full color
capacity and can certainly have more applied after drying.
It is far easier to add more color than take it out.
